Delivery day is exciting and marks the start of your ownership journey. Here's what to expect so you feel prepared and confident.

**Before You Arrive**
Bring your documents: ID, proof of insurance, financing or lease paperwork, and keys. Plan 1-2 hours for the full process.

**The Walkthrough**
Our delivery specialist will show you every feature: climate controls, infotainment, safety systems, storage, locks, lights, and trunk. Ask questions-this is your time to learn your vehicle inside and out. They'll walk you through the owner's manual highlights and app setup if applicable.

**Vehicle Inspection**
Walk around the exterior together, checking paint, trim, and alignment. Inspect the interior for cleanliness and condition. Test all electronic features. This is normal and expected-we want you to love every detail.

**Paperwork and Keys**
Review your purchase or lease agreement, warranty information, and manufacturer materials. You'll receive all keys, key fobs, and documentation.
