Seasonal changes are tough on cars, so a little prep keeps your Kia running strong year-round.

**Winter Readiness:** Cold weather puts extra stress on your battery, oil, and tires. Before winter, have your battery tested, check that your oil is the right viscosity for freezing temps, inspect your wipers and washer fluid, and consider winter tires for better traction on snow and ice. Also verify that your heating system, defroster, and lights all work.

**Summer Prep:** Heat stresses your cooling system, so check your coolant level and condition, inspect your air conditioning, and make sure your tires are properly inflated (hot weather can increase tire pressure). Verify your brakes and lights are in top shape for summer road trips.

Both seasons benefit from checking all fluids, belts, hoses, and brakes. Our Service Department can walk you through exactly what your Kia needs.

**Get ahead of the season:** Call **(815) 453-8566** to schedule a seasonal service appointment and keep your vehicle ready for anything.
